We can always rely on Tin Can Knits for excellent patterns for all skill levels. This hat is from their learn-to-knit series and is the fingering-weight version of their original Barley hat.

Our sample used half a skein of Mineville BFL 3-ply in Night Sky (a one-of-a-kind colourway). This yarn is a sport rather than a fingering, but it works perfectly for the gauge of this hat.
