Susan is the creator of her version of the Churchmouse’s great Inside Outside Cowl. She wanted to use the ‘almost feels like cashmere’ sport weight Finito (and yes, it does say it’s a fingering wt. yarn) with the wonderful array of fine mohair threads we have in stock. She also wanted to incorporate some striping into the mix, since it is so ‘au courant’. She decided on two great colours of Sweetgeorgia’s Silk Mist, both of which worked beautifully with the ‘Jupiter’. So here is its debut, with much enthusiasm from our staff. I think you’ll like this.

It is knit in the round with a provisional cast on to start and grafted together at the end. Susan used the Finito until it ran out and then started working her striping magic with two threads of each colour of mohair. The finished measurements are 26.5” x 8.75”. A larger needle was used but with the stitch count for the smaller cowl.
