This top is a great summer garment, though you could wear it all year if you layer it up. Its contrasting back and front pieces have a slimming trompe l’oeil effect, giving the wearer an especially hourglass-like figure. It is also a fun way to play with colour, and we have all spent time contemplating our favourite potential colour combos.

We used two skeins of each colour, and we used every last bit of the contrast colour (Apple), so be particularly careful about your gauge.
