This is Sirdar pattern #9588 (not a personal pattern).

Although, this yarn is listed as a worsted, it comfortably knits to a DK (22st./4” as per the pattern requirements).
We did a size 32/34 and would have had enough yarn to do a 36/38 but you would need a third skein for the next 3 sizes and possibly a 4th skein for the largest skein.
