Susan was inspired to create this take on Karen Baumer’s Scarf pattern, which is a Free downloadable pattern, when she saw it on Ravelry. She felt that this beautiful Drops yarn, with its varying colour palette would look gorgeous as a long loop. Her recollection is: 25 stitches on a 4mm needle for a width of 5 1/2 inches with 92 inches of length. This allows the wearer to double or even triple wrap the loop. The loop can be joined with a seam, kitchener stitch or a three-needle bind off, whatever is your preference. As well, there are so many yarns that can be adapted to a pattern like this, to create your own look.
