Il Punto Forte is composed 100% Extrafine merino, spun into a springy and energetic yarn. We used 2 balls to whip up this sweet kid sized hat.

We chose the 6 sts/2.5cm gauge and the child-adult small size. While this hat will stretch significantly, we like a more relaxed hug on the head- and think this fits a toddler a bit better. You could easily knit the next size up, but would need more yarn.

We added a subtle touch of pizzaz and actually knit the orange section longer by a few rows so that it peeks out when you wear the hat slouchy-style.
