Notes

Soft, cozy, covered in octopuses: what more could you want in a cowl? The Octopus Cowl by local designer Elizabeth Elliott is a gorgeous tribute to these fascinating creatures.

Our sample is knit in Filcolana Saga, a soft woolen spun fingering weight yarn made from lambswool. Thanks to its airy and springy fibres, Saga blooms beautifully upon blocking, making it a perfect choice for colourwork projects.

Our sample knitter went down a needle size to achieve desired fabric and we love the results. Just look at how even the floats are!

Kits for this project are available on our website, or you can see our full colour selection of Saga to choose your own colours.
