The Sophie Shawl is the perfect blank canvas for a nice yarn. We love how it shows off the subtle colour variation in Bunting. The i-cord edge gives this simple shawl an elegant finish.

Our sample used three skeins of The Small Bird Workshop Bunting in Blood Moon.

We made the large size with a few extra repeats to make it a touch bigger: we worked rows 1–6 64 times until we had 70 sts on the needle before beginning the decreases. We had just under half a skein left, so you could certainly make your shawl even bigger.
