We’re hard pressed to think of anything sweeter than this embroidered cardigan. Knit in Drops Karsima, the project is machine washable as long as your embroidery yarn is as well! Perfect for little ones who may be less than careful about their beautiful woollen sweaters.

To facilitate the embroidery, we purchased a stick-on, printable fabric stabilizer from Gala Fabrics.

When working the embroidery, be sure to use a sharp needle and insert it vertically, not at an angle. Additionally, we decided that the mushroom spots could be bolder, so we did a double stitch on them to make them pop.
