Our maker is quite a loose knitter so they got a 15 st gauge on a 4mm needle, but average knitters will likely find they get a smaller gauge. Since our gauge is so loose, this project has a lot of drape. We think it would be equally beautiful knit to a 18-20 stitch gauge as well!

We simply knit through the entire ball of Silk Garden Sock before joining Patagonia, and knitting until our desired size (we still had about 13g of Patagonia left).
