I made a cozy for my drink and phone a few weeks ago using another designer’s pattern, so I’m making the large version of this pattern. Mine seems to be much larger than the pattern says it will be: mine has a 6” diameter vs. the designer’s diameter of 5″ (13 cm). I might just continue on anyway and just see how it works out. I would need a larger steel hoop to attach to the top of the opening than the pattern calls for if I keep this size.

I do really like that the granny stitch is used on both parts. That helps it work up even faster.

UPDATE: Turns out this really is too big. It really stretches and hangs too low over the chair arm, because it’s so heavy, Not sure if I’ll just keep using this one or start over. The snaps actually would have probably helped. I need to get those on.
