I needed a larger pumpkin, so I started with ch 48. I didn’t want it to be holey, so I replaced the dc with hdc and fptr with fpdc. I completed 19 or 20 rows.

I used polyfill and yarn scraps for stuffing.

Stuffed, mine is 6” wide x 3” tall, and weighs 4.59 oz.
I used approximately 2.62 oz of yarn, which is just over 2/3 of this skein.

The columns of fpdc tilt, which I don’t love, but twisting it a little helps.

Alex cut the stick that I’ve been saving for YEARS into ~2” pieces, and I love this look!
