Tail: ch 20 for a slightly longer tail.
NOTE TO SELF: remember to push the tail to the front before closing the hole from Round 1.
I added an extra sc round in the body somewhere to lengthen it just a tad.
I like one Ravelry’s modification (knitwizely https://www.ravelry.com/projects/knitwizely/no-sew-catnip...) to position the ears one more stitch further apart, so that’s what I did.
Pattern, since it’s no longer available, was posted in these Raveler’s projects tgurquiza https://www.ravelry.com/projects/tgurquiza/no-sew-catnip-... and brighttgr https://www.ravelry.com/projects/brighttgr/no-sew-catnip-...
On mouse #2, the pink/white one, the final weight was .38oz. I also placed an unfolded strip of the popcorn bag around the entire inside of the mouse. It’s more crinkly than the first one, but still not super crinkly.
Mouse #3, red, started 11/20/25 before work.

Finally connected with Tami about which pattern she likes and got the catnip and little bags from her.
She wants about 5-6 of the smaller ones (single stranded) just with my cotton scraps. I’m not charging her.
I’m deconstructing the bags because the fabric is perfect for holding the catnip but it’s too big for these little guys. My organza bags were definitely leaky, so I didn’t end up using those even though I tried.

It didn’t take me a month of working on these to finish them, I just got super busy with Etsy sales. But I’m finished now and I’ve let Tami know she can come and get them.
It was dark when I took final photos of the 6 mice, so the coloring is off. The one that looks orange-ish is actually pink.
