Started last night after dinner as soon as I realized I didn’t actually have one in stock. Whoops. I worked on it madly until bedtime then woke up and got started on it at 4am this morning. I’m almost done, and I would be if I didn’t have to get to work.

Following all the modifications I normally make on my baskets -- all projects here. In addition, I chained 10 for the handles but still skipped 9 sts.

NOTE: to make the basket like this, sort of random and with more color changes, is so much more time consuming than the ombre effect, i.e., going from dark to light. I think going forward, after I finish the second one I started last night, I’ll make them ombre instead. Here’s the project of ombre one I made with cotton
