For 2017 I decided my Resolution for the new year will be to make at lease one Motherbear per month. This is my January Bear.

I set out on make a winter themed bear, but she turned into what she is. I ran out of the green for the pants and had to patchwork them. I decided it would be cute to embroider over the color changes like it is done in a crazy quilt. I realized the stitching looked Tyrolean. So I made her a Dirndl skirt. I also added an emroidered collar instead of the classic Motherbear scarf. I improvised a hat for her as well.
