I used the Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy pattern as a guide, and leftover yarn from my Tenderness Blanket. (http://www.ravelry.com/projects/bethmo/tenderness-blanket)

This was easy, almost mindless knitting. I knitted the squares while waiting at the school crosswalk for the kids to cross. Each square was approximately 9”. I seamed them together in the pinwheel pattern.

I love the way it turned out. I kept debating whether to back it with fabric to hide the seaming, but decided not to. It looks fine without it.

It is a lightweight, soft blanket.
