Stitch pattern is Boxes and Bows from Handbook of Crochet Stitches by Betty Barnden (page 110)
Making this top up as I go along, not sure if it will work out but I am keeping my fingers crossed.
Border for both sleeves and hem is from same book, Droplets Trim (page 130).
