This is my own scrap yarn blanket. I’m using scraps left over from other projects that are fingering / sock / 4ply weight.
It’s a simple mitred crochet square and I’m crocheting them together as I go.
The squares come out a little bit wavy but I have blocked it a bit and it improves it immensely, as well as helping give it a lovely drape.
I have also ordered a few mini skeins and some My First Regia as I don’t have that many left over yarns to use.
I plan to use the same yarn 2 - 3 times in the blanket. I haven’t decided what size I’m going to make and know this will be a long term project.
So far I’m super happy with the result :o)
