1/17 It has been a struggle to get the warp on the loom. I’ve made some mistake that I’m correcting, but they were a bit dumb. Note to self: as a new weaver, don’t wait a year between projects. joy

1/30 Oh boy has this been a struggle. Lots of problems with my loom, the main one being the brake keeps falling off. The good news is I actually started weaving towel #1 “pinwheels” tonight!! I’m so happy!

1/31 Started towel #2 “checks”.

2/2 I am about 3/4 done on the second towel and realize that my PPI is 16 and not the required 20 PPI. These are going to be really log towels! joy Looks like I’m not beating the fabric enough, but if I beat too hard the front beam unlatches and I look tension. Hmm. thinking_face
