Row 2 knit
Row 3 k1 * sl1 purlwise, k1 * to end
Row 4 k1 * yarn forward, sl1 purlwise, yarn back, k1 * to end
Row 5 knit
Row 6 knit
Row 7 k2 * sl1 purlwise, k1 * to end k1 last stitch
Row 8 k2 * yarn forward, sl1 purlwise, yarn back, k1 * to end K1 last stitch

Repeat total 10 times then work rows 1-5 and bind off, don’t break yarn, use crochet hook to chain 70, break yarn and reattach at same spot and Chan another 70 for neck ties

Attach yarn at top point and slip stitch down left side to next point, chain 100 for side tie. Attach at bottom point and slip stitch up right side to next point, chain 100 for side tie. Now all sides should have finished edge. Add small tassels to ends of ties.
