Need a light summer shawl and I like this crescent shape. As I am knitting it in one variegated yarn and in laceweight , I will go up a needle size for each section for interest and also to ensure it is long enough. Bound off with a 4.5mm.

Finished and blocking. In retrospect I should have used larger needles as it’s just a wee bit smaller than I would have liked. But as a summer scarf on a windy day or to add some texture to an outfit, it will work very well. Lovely pattern - will probably knit it again some day in wool.
