When I got my package of lovely yarn, I immediately wanted to knit with it right away. Each ball has 100m, so 1200m in total which is enough for a top. Originally I was going to just knit a raglan top-down sweater changing colours at whim, but then thought it would be lovely and fitting to knit one of Kate’s patterns. Hence the Stevenson Sweater from her Colours of Shetland book. All the patterns in here could be knit in this new yarn, giving it a different, but no less lovely look. Looking forward to seeing how this yarn washes, blocks, and wears.
