Casting this on as a reminder of a great Bloomsbury related knitting retreat with Susan Crawford in July 2025. All the yarn was from that retreat, palette inspired by the colours at Charleston and details from some of Vanessa Bell’s paintings. I also think it will look great against a Cairngorms landscape - hoping to hike there in 2026 and pay homage to the great writer Nan Shepherd. Loved the novel this design is inspired by.
