I knit this twice. Once, casting on the 240 stitches and it was just a bit too tight around my neck (wrapped twice). So I frogged it and according to my gauge and how much longer I wanted it I cast on 312 stitches. I worked four repeats of the slip stitch pattern. I’m much happier with this length!
