I love the yarn, and I love the look of the project, but what I don’t love is how it’s written. I found it a little confusing so if you’re novice you might not understand what’s happening here. Here are the notes that I jotted down on the pattern for my own edification (yes, I’m anal):

Row 5 is written incorrectly. It should end with K5, P1, not P5, K1. This is documented in the forums.

Cast on 70, then do the 1st repeat of 6 rows.

On the 2nd repeat, do rows 1 and 2. On row 3, do 63 stitches as written, then cast off one, then continue in pattern. On row 4, do 6 stitches as written, then cast on 1 using the backwards loop method, then finish the row as written in pattern. Then do rows 5 and 6 as written.

Do the repeat of 6 rows another time as written.

Do row 1 of the repeat again. Cast off.
