Cast on with Mom’s stretchy double cast on. 85 stitches, knit two together to join.

Ribbing for 7” (one inch more than recommended, probably would do even longer next time). JSSBO on 30 stitches, cast on 30 again for the next round using backwards loop cast on. Knit for 4 inches.

Started decreases with K9, K2tog, knit all, K8, K2tog, etc until K2, K2tog. Then decreased every row until 7 stitches remained.

Turned out really well. Didn’t block, will see if needs to when Rick tries it on.
