All knitting completed 27th August - took too long time to complete the sewing.

Smaller needle to obtain gauge. Did not need all of the yarn suggested for the MC. Bear in mind for possible second coat.

Made the sleeves longer, got a bit too long so will have them folded unless very cold, then one can extend them.

Made size 4, could have gone for size 3 but with 4 it is nicely over sized and probably the best way to wear this cool coat for me.

Need to be careful when sewing the saddle of the sleeves and the collar so that the different pieces of fabric is placed even.

The pockets will be visible through the fabric and makes the sides stand out a bit but work as a design element.

If making a second it will be red, same yarn. It is a bit of a hazzle to get/ship this yarn to Europe but totally worth it as I think it makes the best fabric and the way the designer intended it to be.

Don’t hesitate to knit this one - it is easier than you think and totally worth it!
