This yarn swatches slightly differently from the pattern, which is listed above. What I got is more like 20 stitches / 20 rows is 9cm / 8cm in stockinette. I think I’ll knit the pattern with just a little bit extra; maybe five stitches between the Trilobites instead of just four? Or just do the pattern and see how it goes.

Decided not to do any extra on the pattern, so it may turn into my hat instead. ^_^

For the bobbles, I did an extra round (another knit and purl) to make the eyes stand out more. The original just wasn’t enough of a bobble for me.

It turned out a little small, both in height and circumference. So I used the cable edging I’d seen on the Viking’s Recipe hat, but backwards - I was putting the edge into the existing hat. It mostly worked!
