Going from my paper notes:
Strickler 315-4 (pg 85) draft for napkins. Classic M&W
24 epi, 12-dent reed white warp with various colors of 8/2 as weft: Hunter green, Royal, Gold, Rust, Periwinkle, mostly from JST
5-yard warp yielded {xx#} towels
11 1/2 repeats of pattern in warp (pattern is 42 ends) for 483 ends, plus 4 for doubled floating selvedges.
20.2” in reed
5-thread floats, but at 24 epi it’s not an issue.
Wove at ~24 ppi to 21 1/2” (10 1/2 pattern repeats)
Hemmed, washed and pressed.
Finished size 16”x16”.
Shrinkage and draw-in 20%!!
These are great, but I want to try using either 16/2 or 10/2 for a thinner napkin.
