This is a great pattern for a beginning sock knitter! It’s very well written and easy to follow. The chart is not too complicated. After a few unsuccessful attempts with other patterns, this one saw me through to the end. I am thrilled.

There are a few errors I made along the way. The second sock looks a lot nicer than the first! But I am proud of them, and they are both totally wearable.

I was using leftover yarn to make these and wasn’t sure if I would have enough, so I made them a wee bit shorter with a pattern repeat of 7, rather than 9.
