I used a bit less than the 190 meters from the long skein of the yarn.
I didn’t knit the ruffle, but ended with an increase row when I didn’t have enough yarn left for another row.

The shawlette reaches in the back from my neck to just below my shoulder blades (about bra strap height), it’s just a bit longer than a (rather close fitting) hood of a hooded sweater. It’s wide enough to fit around my shoulders and I can close it in the front with a brooch or a shawl pin.
