This gorgeous pattern ‘s been in my queue since it was first published. But I always thought I’d want to knit it with a (much) thicker yarn… meaning I ought to calculate. And numbers and I aren’t a good match ;-)

It actually took me 5 minutes to confirm that, if I used my Lua base (a worsted weight yarn), I ought to knit size 1 instead of my usual size 3 (bust circomference: 93 cm).

The pattern was a real pleasure to knit and I adore the result!

Ce magnifique modèle est dans ma file d’attente depuis sa première publication. Mais j’ai toujours pensé que je voudrais le tricoter avec un fil (beaucoup) plus épais… ce qui veut dire que je devrais calculer. Et les chiffres et moi ne faisons pas bon ménage ;-)

Il m’a finalement fallu seulement 5 minutes pour confirmer que si j’utilisais ma base Lua (épaisseur worsted), je devrais tricoter la taille 1 au lieu de ma taille 3 habituelle (tour de poitrine : 93 cm).

Le patron était un vrai plaisir à tricoter et j’adore le résultat !
