one ball of yarn took me through row 16 (12 rows of skirt)
used Denise Interchangeable hook
found a great button by happenstance

finished dimensions
at underarm - 7 3/4” width and 13” length
13 3/4” skirt width
shoulder to bottom - 17 3/4”

would make again with modifications including increase shells in skirt to make A-line instead of straight and maybe a row or 2 additional for sleeves
