Making several changes on the roses because I want mine to lay flatter:
rnd 1- ch1 instead of 4
rnd 2- hdc instead of dc
rnd 3- 3 dc with fpsc between
rnd 4- ch 3 with bpsc between
rnd 5- 5 dc with fpsc between
rnd 6- ch 4 with bpsc between
rnd 7- 7 dc with fpsc between

flower= 4.25 across after rnd 7

First 8 ounce skein of red is gone. 24 flowers made so far.

01-04-2017

2nd 8 ounce skein of red done.
49 flowers for a 7 x 7 afghan.
Now starting with the green.

Finished green- used 6 ounces total.

Starting white and changed next round to ext-sc, and then one round of sc.

used up all the white, which only made 45 squares.
So, the size will have to be adjusted to a 6 by 7, 42 square total.

Used half of the black to join 6 by 7 with Flat Braid Join technique.

Decided that it needs to be bigger, so will be ordering more yarn!
