Is it just me or are there some serious mistakes peppered throughout this pattern?

I thought I had made mistakes, so ripped it out and started over. The differences were still there, so I’m trusting my ability to read my knitting instead of following the pattern.

So far I’ve found:
row 6 should start with SL1, P9 (not P10)
Row 7 should have k7 at the end of the lace repeat (not k6)
Row 8 should start with SL1, P10 (not p12).

I didn’t have enough yarn to finish it, so I had to omit a section of repeats at the top (it should be an inch taller) and omit the finishing Seed stitch border at the bottom.

Overall it turned out fine, although there were some overly complicated instructions.
