I used a stitch marker in the chain one every round. The stitch marker made it so much easier to make the booties. I also used a G hook to make them smaller since a newborn baby’s foot is so small.
I followed the pattern as directed. It took me a couple tries to get them to turn out right. In round 9 I had one extra stitch no matter what I did. Even with the extra stitch the booties still turned out right.
They are adorable. I thought they would be very tiny but they will probably fit for a month or two.
I am glad I found this pattern. It was pretty easy to follow the pattern.
