Stacey posted her new lion design and I love him! I wanted to make him for a baby shower gift, unfortunately the pattern isn’t released for awhile and the baby shower is coming up soon. So, I made him up as I went with Stacey’s lion as a guide. The mane definitely is not right but I still love it. And I will make another when the pattern is released, so I can make him right!

He’s also a part of my summer of stash busting! I had some of this Vanna’s Choice sitting here not being used, since I quit the blanket I was using it for.
