Started winding the warp on 31 December 2013.

19 Dec 2014: Still haven’t finished sleying the reed, let alone getting this puppy on the loom. (Note to self -- if I need the original of the draft, it’s in one of the blue Ikea magazine holders on the Expedit.)

18 January 2015: Reed finally sleyed; starting to thread the heddles.

18 April 2015: Heddles threaded, warp tied to back beam, starting to wind on and realizing what a crap job I’ve done of warping so it can be easily wound.

26 April 2015: Still winding on. Way too many of the warp threads are twisted together, making winding on a challenge.

25 November 2015: Finished warping.

13 December 2015: Finished weaving!!!!

29 December 2015: Edges finished at last.

I had tension issues and a few places where one of the harnesses came unfastened from the pedal without me noticing for several rows, so this is not a piece of weaving that will win any awards. But it’ll look fine folded over the back of a chair, and I’m just happy it’s done. The draft itself was easy to follow.
