05/17/2015 - Finally Finished :)

I will note that I did love the eyes and the back ties from the other completed project that I decided to add it to my mermaid.

Also for the record the hair was a pain to create and positioning the shells on the mermaid was not easy. However I did like the finish result.

I made a pearl necklace for my mermaid.

Some changes I made to the pattern ( I hope this helps others creating this beautiful mermaid)

• For the crocodile stitch I found it was easier to just do 3fpdc RH, 1 ch, 3fpdc LH

-For the Bow I started with ch 43 and instead of doing the ss in each of 9ch I did ss in each of the next 13, then 1 dc in next ch, 1 htr in next ch, 1 tr in next 2 ch I did this so that each side of the bow was even.
