Finally finished weaving in all the lose ends. Would have finished this knit in just 1 or 2 weeks, but I lost heart after Harriet refused to try it on. Also had to undo and redo quite a lot to get the right fit since I was just winging the adaptation. Luckily I finally managed to persuade her to wear it!

On hindsight, the body was too baggy and wrists too narrow. So I would probably give more stitches to sleeves and fewer for body when dividing it. Or maybe reduce the number of overall increases.

Gauge 22st 30rows in 10cm square.

Yoke

CO 74 st

Follow chart to row 22 (but skip inc in row 22)

Knit just orange. Increase 40 st (1 every 8sts)

Total: 180 sts

Knit 2 rows

Divide for sleeves

BODY:
29 + put away 32 st right sleeve, CO 8 + 58 + put away 32 sts left sleeve, (CO 8) + 29 = 132 sts

BODY decrease:

132 sts - decrease 12st (k2tog every 10 sts)? = 120sts

Sleeves:

pick up 4, knit 32 sts pick up 4 (total 40st) each sleeve

knit until 13cm under arm,

1 row white as reduce row:
reduce 4 st (k2tog every 9) = 36sts

Change to smaller needles (3.25 dpn), 1 row orange
ribbing 1 inch
