1-Knitting all stitches on WS instead of K1 P1.
2-I made 7 stitch raglan inspired by Sezane’s Emilie Cardigan.
3- omitting pockets
Anticipating the button band will make up the difference between # of stitches on back section and front pieces, this is my Set up row (WS):

Got a new puppy yesterday who grabbed my needles and yarn and ran. Lost a bunch of stitches and needed to frog back a days work. Fine. It’s the end of the day and I have caught back up to where I lost it to the puppy, and realized I missed an increase row in the left front section before the raglan when I picked up my knitting after puppy gate. So I am missing 3 stitches 15 rows back. This yarn does not like being frogged, but maybe third time is the charm. Womp womp.

I have knit the same last inch of the yoke for 5 days. So much frogging and reknitting. I have never been more excited to split for sleeves!
November 12, 2025
Finished 2nd ball of yarn after splitting for sleeves and starting sleeves. 1st sleeve- picked up 4, knit around, picked up 3. Total 44
K2 tog at end of pickup then ssk at end of pickup on next round. Have 42 sts

Finished the body. Knit to 12” then switched to us 8 and knit 2 more inches in half fisherman’s rib instead of 1x1. Did tubular bind off

Pick up one on each row, or 73 sts for button band. Tried size US 7 and the band was too cinched up. Frogged that and went with US 8
