OK, so dumbo me didn’t realise that Fingering weight yarn has more than one ply. Instead of buying 3ply, I went with a favourite which happens to be 4ply. It doesn’t really matter, so long as the garment fits over my head joy.

I’ve left my Unst Lace Stole in hibernation because I just couldn’t wait to start this one. Now I have 3 projects on the needles which is something I usually don’t do.

Off to wind the balls of wool now.

Today (20.12.2020), I cast on.
