Linen stitch is not fun to knit. But, it does come out quite beautifully. I tried binding off in several ways. Binding off in pattern gave ridges (since the stitches are at alternating heights). Ultimately decided to bind off on wrong side by knitting all stitches. This gave an edge that more closely matched the long tail cast on. I bound off loosely to give it a little more stretch but then that meant it was a little floppy along that edge. Thankfully, blocking fixes nearly everything. A little over 6 inches wide by 58 inches long.

Capra is a nice yarn. It’s very soft with a nice sheen.

Cast on 405.

I did long tail cast on in the traditional method. I just gave myself a lot of leeway with the long tail. I figured I could always trim a tail that ended up being too long. Size 6 needles for a denser fabric.
