I have a 700m batch of medium brown yarn from Stentorp, a local sheep farm here in Pargas whose owner had been working for decades to breed softer and finer wool from the Finnish sheep. This combed yarn is almost as fine and soft as merino and feels much nicer than commercial yarn because the lanolin is still on it.
The contrast stripes will be made out of scraps of other colors from Stentorp - black, white, beige, and gray.

Where the pattern calls for body decreases, I worked increases instead, but only three times. This isn’t enough to make the ease at hip as large as at bust, but I didn’t want a more extreme flare. (3 rows * 4 st = 12 st, 6.66 cm at my gauge.) That’s about 35 cm positive ease at the bust and about 20 at the hip. In retrospect I should have gone with the smaller size, but it looks okay when I try it on.

Had to add a seventh color stripe on the sleeve. I also did a decrease round of K2tog every third stitch before beginning the cuff ribbing to make the cuff small enough for my arms (so that it will stay up if I push it up to my elbow, I mean).

This is a great design overall. I see why the shoulder seams are straight, but I would definitely shape the back neckline if I made it again.
