My first cuff-down socks. Heather’s shoe size = 8.5

Cuff: Cast on 63 stitches, 3 repeats of pattern over 3 needles. Modified the leaf stem a bit. About 6” long to finish chart 2.

Heel flap: Modified to over 30 sts, stitches 18-21 and 1-21 and 1-5 of chart. Approx 2.5” long. Approx 26 rows.

Turn heel: Per pattern. Heel = 22 sts

Gusset: Picked up 15 sts each side of heel flap. Heel = 52. Instep = 33 sts.

Note
The 2 skeins of Koigu matched in colour, but 1 skein was over spun. So the texture doesn’t look the same. One sock bloomed very nicely. The other sock didn’t bloom much after blocking and soaking for a long time. :$
