Finished yoke section. Handily, also finished the first ball of wool with about 20 cm to spare. Couldn’t have planned it better if I’d tried!

Love the texture in this wool.

Now that I’ve finished it and tried it on, I realise that the sleeves are a bit short, but I should be able to lengthen them. I’ll probably think about the best way to do this for a bit before I go ahead.

Have lengthened the arms with about 6 rows of front post treble ribbing using 3mm crochet hook. Looks fine and pulls the bottom of the sleeves in a bit and I find it more comfortable now.

I’ve worn this a lot this winter. Very warm and comfortable and the wool, which was fairly soft to start with, has softened up even further and feels gorgeous.
