My inspiration for this project is a Red Heart Treasured Afghans pattern from a book I bought about 12 years ago.

I just couldn’t get the hang of that pattern, so I pieced my version together from patterns I learned online.

Solid granny squares are based on a tutorial by Catalina Stan

Roses are based on a video by iheartstitching

Leaves are based upon pattern by CrochetHooksYou

There are 42 squares joined with the mattress stitch.
