My parents went on a guided tour of Ireland this year (2023) and brought me back hand spun wool they bought from a weaving demonstration. 10 skeins was enough to knit up a vest for my mother and a pullover sweater for me. This was more of a heavy worsted/chunky yarn so I went down one needle size from the pattern recommendation.

I am not super happy with the zipper and I may re-sew with a better color thread. I matched the yarn color, not the color of the zipper tape, and the stitches stand out.
