You need to know how to make stitches:
sc, slp st, dbl, tr, d tr, tr, tr.

Rnds 15 & 16 omit the beginning of the rnd:
Sl st in next 2 tr and in sp, ch 4

I iron my doilies face down only, on a thick towel, and spray starch. 18” using #10 thread & 1.65 hook, and ironed, not blocked.
