The planning stages took a bit but I think I have decided on colors and sequence! Going to finally cast on!

OMG THEY ARE AMAZEBALLS!!! Not even close to finished and I am loving these. I think I’d prefer a little more negative ease for leggings but we’ll see what washing and drying does. Could be just a matter of blocking, if not then next time I should opt for more ease in my formula.

I already want to make a million more pairs, some as shorts. I think these will be a go to scrap buster for me….

Okay, these are still amazeballs but I am going to have to rip back and make adjustments. This is most likely because I did not knit up an appropriately sized swatch. I think I am going to measure myself again to see if maybe I goofed there as well since the waist and most of the yoke fit well but the thighs are just so big. I am afraid washing and drying are not going to solve for the bagginess I have right now.

Welp, I am starting over! If you decide to knit this pattern (and you should) please please PLEASE knit a large swatch. I have used what I have knit so far to recalculate my gauge and will be ripping back to the waistband. I cut the elastic to a good size and there is not much bunching over the casing so I will leave that as is and decrease out the extra stitches and restart from there.

Knit legs to about 24.5” before doing 3” of ribbing. Plan to throw them in the washer/dryer so we will see how much they shrink up in length.
